You are judged by your looks, experience and skills. It was easy for me to get hired of course I had the personality they wanted and the smiles they needed. My customer service was outstanding for someone who never had experience but it came naturally and that's what they looked for, once the company got taken over by the A.M Retail group you were judged based off look. A black gentlemen came into the store with wonderful experience and communication skills but because he had tattoos and was dark skinned he was declined.
