After submitting CV the interview was in 3 separate interviews each separated by several days. First, a technical skills interview by two experienced developers discussing about my general technical knowledge. The second was a practical one requirring me to solve tasks on a PC using differing technologies. Finally, an interview with management about goals, expectations etc.
