Applied online from Australia with tailored resume outlining highly relevant skills and lengthy experience. Having spent considerable time on the application rather than sending an off-the-rack application, one should expect the courtesy of being advised of the result of your application. While of course who they employ and why is entirely a matter for their discretion, sadly this organisation is insufficiently respectful of experienced people who express an interest in working for them to acknowledge and thank for them for their interest, even if they are not considered suitable. Disappointing.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
To outline skills and experience relevant to the position
I had two interviews, one with the office in the UK and one with the office in country, both were relatively straightforward with classic interview questions (motivation, why futuresense etc.) and how my experience related to the role.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FutureSense Foundation (London, England) in Jun 2015
Interview
I applied through Idealist and got a call back within a few days
Straightforward - 2 interviews, one with HQ and one with the field office. Relatively informal.
Questions revolved around motivation, past experience and a couple of situational ones aka how you would approach an issue in the field, your leadership style etc.
