I applied for the job on-line. They company's crew is mainly composed of young guys, and they hire students for part time or freelance. They contacted me very quickly by phone and we set up a date for interview and skill test for basic programming languages that I declared in my application. Everyone was very polite and I felt quite ok during whole process. One thing unique, was that for applying students they give a small programming assignment with 3 weeks deadline.
