Very positive overall experience. Involved discussion on why you love Spanish, how much you have worked with kids, and has a portion where you speak in Spanish. You are also expected to prepare an activity for a class based on instructions they send you and present it to the interviewer.

We spoke in both Spanish and English. The job is to teach children Spanish as a second language in a way that feels like fun. They have a program that focuses on the step by step levels for Spanish learning as is the conventional way. The program that I taught was primarily vocabulary and culture taught in a way that makes the children feel like they are playing.
