Fullstack Academy interview questions

The interview was average, but the recruiter became unresponsive afterward. Despite saying I’d hear back shortly, no follow-up came. Very unprofessional and disappointing, showing poor communication and respect for candidates.

Recruiter was unprepared and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I had the phone screen, and waited over a week for any update. Next, I was told to submit my availability with the hiring manager, which I did. Didn’t hear back for over a week again, which was when I was informed that the company was putting a freeze on hiring for the position. I was told that I’d hear back in a week. It’s been almost a month since there, and still nothing. Plus, the job posting has been removed. The company is terrible at recruiting and interviewing. The fact that they are unprepared, don’t keep their word, and don’t follow up in a timely manner is a lot of huge red flags. They honestly did me a favor by ghosting me. Glad I didn’t waste more of my time with this company. They keep removing my reviews.
