Due to the nature of the job the interview is quite informal and relaxed. Its clear that they assess your character rather than your previous skills. For example, your ability to socialize and how you come across. The real assessment is how you are on the first shift and whether you can handle the pressure of serving.
Simple questions based on history and work availability. Questions on how I work in a team as well as what I thought the experience of the customer should be and where I wanted to go.
Quick chat with manager, discussing my experience in the role, as well as my aims for the future. Raised the question of salary and was satisfied v ery muhc by the salarary as it was very good indeed eys it was
