Interview
Initially spoke by phone with a recruiter which went well. 2nd phase was in person with the Director plus one other person. They did not have much interviewing experience and struggled to ask questions and to find out more about my experience. The expectation was on me to do all the talking and basically run the interview. Their lack of enthusiasm about the organization was discouraging.
