Interview
Had a phone screening and then an initial interview with the hiring manager. I knew it probably wasn’t a good fit pretty quickly, which is totally fine, but what stood out to me was how cold both of the people I spoke to were. I’m used to pretty charismatic personalities in marketing; these people were anomalies. The hiring manager was downright frigid. Not someone I would be excited to work for.

Straight forward process overall. Clear from the start. Handful of screeners, three rounds. Met with the right decision makers and colleagues. Timeline was accurate from initial expectations from the recruiting team.

Explain how the case study and data set would apply to our industry, with recommendations and strategy laid forward.
Had an initial screen with a recruiter after which I didn't hear from them for two weeks. After following up I received a reply. Not a positive experience, but not wholly negative either.
