Interview process was easy and smooth, I like their friendly approach. A manger and a director conducted my interview , there were few general questioning about my field and afterward some technical questioning of one particular field of validation.

I got an invitation for an interview on the same day I applied for a position. Afterwards, I got the interview a couple days after receiving the invitation. I took about a week to get a call for a rejection from the person I got the interview.

Human Resources called and a meeting date was set. The meeting was with the department manager. First, the company introduction and job description were discussed. Then I introduced myself. The experience with the job in question was asked in detail.
