Fuerte Hotels interview questions

I applied online after seeing a job posting on an online job board and got a pre-screening call from HR about 2 weeks later. It was a general interview asking about my work experience, work philosophy and salary expectations. They said I would get a call the next day -no set time- from someone at the hotel, to test my german skills, since the resort in question caters mainly to german guests. I got the call the next day from one of the front office agents in german, it lasted about 15 minutes and it consisted of general questions about my experience with german guests and my knowledge of the area. After that, HR sent me a personality assesment test online and after I sent it, they called and scheduled a Skype interview with a psychologist. Finally I got an interview with the GM of the hotel. It lasted about an hour and was very comprehensive. Salary requirements were discussed, but a firm offer was not made. After 2 days, he asked me to come for a second interview beacuse he had doubts. At this one, he finally made a clear offer, but the salary was too low.
