4 phone call interview screens, lots of questions, one in-person interview **The positive**: Smart yet very young team with little professional experience outside of this company. They do not hold a clear understanding of standard Product Management Practices (they use their own approach to Product Management which is fine, but most Product Managers may need to be aware of this before they hold 4 phone call interviews and a 3-hour in person interview). Fueled is actually looking for Technical Product Managers and / or Product Strategists instead of traditional Product Managers. **The negative**: use of intimidation tactics to determine your level of technical knowledge (not cool at all). They come off very condescending. Based on the egos i observed, perhaps they should change their name to Tech-Bro LLC. I hire mobile vendors all the time, but will not be able to hire these guys now or in the future.

There are typically four rounds of interviews: Human Resources / Recruiter, CEO, Department lead, and member (members) of the team. The order may change after the initial Recruiter interview, depending on schedules, but will touch all 4 before hire.
