Interview
I went to the first round hr interview. Formal interview. I went to the second round interview with the manager and his manager. I was rejected for the full time offer so I had to interview again for the weekend interview.
Straight and easy, right to the point about the position. Of course you have to give a little about your background, that's only fair to be able to sell yourself. The times I've got chosen to interview here were a relaxing experience. They will ask questions, and just answer to the best of your knowledge.
