I applied online. I interviewed at Frontier Performance Polymers (Denver, CO) in Dec 2016
Interview
I applied for FA position with Frontier.
They emailed me back with time for phone interview. Although to confirm or change appointment online was easy I was in the middle of travelling in Europe.
I tried to give them a call at the time I was scheduled but my international call connection kept failing. They couldn't hear me well. Then I tried calling their main office line but their office would block incoming international calls. I told them that Skype call would be our best option and its free. Unfortunately they turned this option down.
I was both surprised and upset that a major airline would not have a system set up for world wide interviews.
I had to wait until I was able to get to a different location and made online calling to do my interview. Not sure if it was a good phone interview because the process was frustrating and very delayed for each party.

Interview
Straight forward interview process. The airline is well organized, however, the selection process was a bit confusing, moreover, the men and women that were not chosen were just left out in the cold. In other words, if you were not selected "good-bye" and the door closed in many faces. Think about a kinder way____many people traveled from far away places, Pennsylvania, New York, Chicago, and Ohio.

Question 1
How would I handle a man and his unruly children on the airplane?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier Performance Polymers (Denver, CO) in Jan 2014
Interview
Pretty easy. Application, invite to OH and OH in 2 weeks. Cattle call OH. Left at lunch. Sounds like a good company but no sure about their long term viability..
