Applied online, had the initial phone interview with an analyst and it was very conversational and covered basic questions about my background and knowledge of the company, then had a second video interview with another analyst and was given little direction and was recorded while asked to take a personality quiz that took a little over an hour. After that, I received a rejection email a few days later from another analyst who I had not interviewed with. Overall, the process seemed unorganized and the people interviewing were new to their role/new grads and not prepared to interview candidates.

1st interview with the recruiter. 2nd interview with an analyst joined 2 months ago, who is the same role. Each interview is a 30 minutes phone interview. Most of the questions are asking about my background.
