I applied online. I interviewed at Frontier (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2012
Interview
2 managers and applicant. They ask you questions not relevant to the job. All the want to do is blame techs for everything and discipline you for not selling. New processes slow people down. Instead of calling one person you have to call 5 now. Systems they are implementing don't even work.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Frontier (Bullhead City, AZ) in Mar 2012
Interview
Group call at first, With HR, area supervisor, Senior tech and Co Supervisor I think was also on conference call. Asking about my work and where and what I have accomplished in my carrier. Then asked if I was willing to relocate to bullhead. I was and would even sell my home to move to bullhead city, Az. Hottest little town on the sun...The senior tech asked a few simple for me questions on eqipment used in my years. I went over many tool such as OTDR's and Fiber OTDR's. Which the diffrence of the two was on read distance and condition on copper only and the later on fiber only. Very basic for a skill tech with my yers in the field..
