To have the experience as working on an international company in your ex job is a good point. Must have a market knowledge, good communication to the country people and adjustable for the btoh sides culture.

2 video interviews, 1 in-person in my home state, then 1 full day (~7 interviews) at their HQ. At the end when I thought I would get an offer, they actually took it further and requested a presentation which in turn delayed the offer longer.
