Fairly standard process: after sending the relevant documents you may get invited to an interview. Interview was about 30 minutes with an associate and a recruiter, asking for motivation, experience, etc. No assessments, so creating a good impression during the interview is paramount.

Entretien dans les locaux du cabinets avec 2 avocats collaborateurs. Ils ne m'ont posé aucune questions pièges. Entretien classique : présentation de mon parcours, questions sur mes motivations et mon intérêt pour le cabinet et la spécialité puis ils ont répondu à mes questions.
