Interview
It was an casual conversation held at the restaurant. They talked a lot about the benefits of working at Fresh and what they expect. It sounded really good at the beginning. They also asked a lot of customer service related questions. They honestly asked a lot more than the usual job interview which I thought was slightly intimidating but it went well.

The interview was quite relaxed and casual. It is important to be friendly and personable for a front of house position. Also, demonstrate your capacity to be inclusive and calm under pressure.

The interview at fresh was very relaxed and easygoing. none of the questions were difficult. managers were nice and easy to talk to. they got back to me with an offer after a couple days.
