I was interviewing for a new clinic. Met with the area manager to interview and drug test. Just needed to have HS and healthcare training. She gave me a tour of the clinic and let me watch another CCHT so I could see the type of work that I would be doing. She asked the normal questions about experience and education. Filled out the new hired paperwork and waited for everything to come through before it was "official" that I was hired.

Apply online, met for an interview by the Chief Tech and Administrative assistant. 2 weeks later was offered a position. only negative was that they were misleading on salary. Had to contact HR to find out that they had NO authority to accept my salary request. Make sure everything is in writing. Didnt get any paperwork until first paycheck.

the interview was very straightforward. I was told what to expected and what would be expected of me. I was given a tour of the facility and introduced to some of the staff.

I was asked the general questions. I was not asked if I was flexible or willing to work overtime. I felt comfortable during the interview. I was shown around the clinic and introduced to the other employees.
