I applied online. I interviewed at Freethink (Washington, DC) in Feb 2020
Interview
Interview took place in a bustling coffee shop(pre-covid). Was not private and I was not comfortable being shoulder to shoulder with strangers in the cafe, and it didn't help that my interviewer forgot their wallet, but went to grab a table before I could offer to get them something. Seemed uninterested from the start of the interview. Was asked a lot of behavioral questions where they probed strictly for faults, or questions that felt unnecessarily personal. The entire interview felt like I was already undervalued, that they didn't want me, and that I was set up to fail the interview.

Interview
Extremely long and drawn out. Very ineffective interviewing, hiring manager seemed in over her head and unqualified to hire properly. Plus they have several rounds with pretty much the whole team. Doesn't bode well for how the company is run.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked formulaic behavioral questions with little relevance to the job.
