Was a basic Zoom interview with 5 persons. Technical questions were light. The most difficult was the "cultural questions" that were very tough and quite negative. No "Peaches and Cream" here.
Whole process was VERY fast. Email Tuesday, interview with Sr. Director Thursday. Full Interviews next Thursday. "Bye Bye" Canned responce following Wednesday.
The Sr. Director did not attend his time slot.. but called in 15 minutes late to wrap it up. The Hr Contact person "ghosted me" for 5 days after the full interview until I asked about the process. She sent a generic "good luck in future endeavors" and they picked another candidate.. even though they said I was the only one interviewing.
The Cultural interview person (like employee # 8) was very very determined to get the answers. She was like a Bull Dog in her sweet questing ... would not let go until you responded in the 45 minutes interview time.
