Interview
There was an initial email to set up time for phone interview, then a phone interview, then a phone call to set up the in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of 5 supervisors interviewing me. Standard questions. The first question was "Tell me about yourself." Immediately after the interview there were two assessment tests- one was a timed skills assessment and the other was some sort of personality test.

For me, the "Tell me about yourself" because I didn't want to let them know I have a baby because that would make me potentially unreliable.
There was an initial phone screen, then a face to face interview with a recruiter, followed by second and third interviews with a panel of hiring managers. Afterwards, there was a phone call made regarding the offer for the position.

Interview
They are really concerned with how well you fit in with the company. They want to know about your personal life, how you will juggle your home/work life and make sure you have customer service skills. I tried to transfer to another position later but they said I was better at my current position.
