The process wasn't overly challenging. It appeared they were primarily assessing individuals for their experience in the field. Once accepted, additional screening measures were implemented to ensure suitability to specific projects or jobs

Applied two times and they did not give me a reason of not moving forward with my application. They should at least interview before making a conclusion. Feedback is important to the applicant so that they know areas to improve on.
