Job fair interview with H.R personnel included what hours i'd like to work, would I be able to do the job as described, my pay rate. From my own experience working in two departments for this company; I would say that it is better to not go in expecting the perfection, or promises stated.

Super easy and fast, only asked about strengths and weaknesses and I got the offer on the spot! The will also ask you to bring up a scenario where you have been in a difficult situation and how you overcame it.

Mostly general questions about yourself. What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Tell me about yourself? Why work here? Describe a time when you were faced with _____ situation and what did you do to overcome it? Nothing too challenging, and they aren't looking for anything top notch in my opinion.
