Standard. Similar to other competitors. Individual interview process. HR easy to contact. Application process standard. Unable to fully determine hours and schedule/ long term or consistent. Would consider looking at future openings and options for schedule available at that time.
The interview process was just a simple sit down with HR and the manager of the Deli, Both where pretty friendly. After meeting with the two I was given a tour of the store while I talked about possible responsibilities that the job would require me to do.
Very cut and dry. Super simple because they're probably desperate for people . Asked me a couple basic question and hired me. Wasn't sure about wage or hours so kind of a red flag
