I applied and interviewed with them online. The two interviewers (neither had a creative background) were nice but rushed. They asked me to do extensive design challenge that took hours to complete without them ever getting back to me. I am not sure if they are seeking free labor with these projects, but asking for lots of free labor followed by no follow up is a pretty big red flag.

Interview
Very unprofessional and exhausting. They communicated very slowly and rather rudely. I submitted a design test and never even received a response though it took me a couple of hours to complete.

The people here seemed nice but during a period of rapid growth were unsure of how they should hire to take their company to the next level. Usually in interviews the interviewer is asking questions to test your knowledge. With Fragrent Jewels they are asking questions to gain knowledge - basically picking your brain.
