I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fragomen (Boston, MA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Went in for the job interview. Lasted 10 minutes. The only two questions being asked were "Tell me about your previous job", and "Do you have any questions" Got a vibe that the interviewer really was disinterested.
1st stage: Document review
2nd stage: Phone interview - Just asked about your understanding of the job and your salary expectations.
3rd stage: Interview via online - Confirm the motivation for applying, overall suitability for the job, and level of understanding

I made contact with members of the London office. They were receptive towards speaking to people and were able to offer great advice. They were helpful and gave good advice to people who want to learn more about Immigration Law.
very quick process. was given an offer within a week. phone call with recruiter, and then attorneys. recruiter was very transparent and available for any extra phone calls i needed. only reason i didn’t take the job was they required a move and didn’t seem open to indefinite remote.
