It was straightforward. A few video interview questions were asked on motivation, awareness on current immigration matters, and value alignment with the firm. A psychometric test was sent afterwards which I found tricky.
Interview was very straightforward with a mix of motivational and competency based questions. Assessment day comprised of 2 activities. A group exercise and a panel interview with 2 managers of the firm.
I applied through handshake and received an in person interview which lasted about an hour and a half with three different people and received the job a week later. Only behavioral questions were asked, not technical questions.
