I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fractal (Singapore) in Jul 2021
Interview
1 round - aptitude
2 round - SQL
3 round - Technical round (virtual)
4 round - managerial round (virtual)
In 4 round I got rejected manager started asking questions on probability and I was not prepared for that I was very confident on Technical.
Being a final year fresher, we have been the most who have suffered in this pandemic. Right from looking for the right opportunity to not even being getting responded by the higher working professionals of the firm's. As an Analytics aspirant, Fractal Analytics is one of the most desirable firm, but I request the hiring manager not to play with freshers feelings. I got a mail to give the coding test for Advanced Analytics consultant and asked to inform them as soon as I finish the test. I hope they must have sent the email after going through the resume only. I know it's a position for experienced ones, please don't give hopes to freshers.
I gave the coding test within 2 days of receiving the email but there was no response from the recruiter after that. The test was not that much tough. There were 8 questions (4 from python and 4 from MySQL, all four based on the Joins).
I request the manager to please go through the resume before sending any mail and please do let the student or the applicant know what went wrong. If a position requires any experienced professional, then do send the coding test mail to those only. False hopes are not only disheartening for the applicant, but so unprofessional behaviour from such a reputed and leading firm.
