Applied online. Was sent email from company to complete online assessments. Rec'd a follow up email to schedule a time for a phone interview with HR. Confirmed a time for the phone interview. Night before phone interview, person would not be available for call; needed to reschedule the phone interview. Agreed on new date / time for the interview with head of HR. No call from HR at time of interview. Followed up with HR assistant HR contact through email / VM. Was ghosted for my interview. No follow up from company.

Three Phases. First Phase is Preliminary and done by HR. Second is done by your would be supervisor. Third is in front of the CEO. I had made it to the second round in which the asked a series of job/task related questions.
