Question 1
Are you comfortable with selling, because each month you have a small quota to hit
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FourLeaf Federal Credit Union (Bethpage, NY) in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview starts with Hr, and then you do your individual interview with whatever branch you applied to. You can ask if there's a spot open at a branch more convenient commute-wise, but other than that, the interview process is straightforward. As a company, they are willing to hire you so long as you have a good attitude and the basic qualifications.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FourLeaf Federal Credit Union (Hempstead, NY) in Jul 2017
Interview
The process was great. The people are extremely friendly. Had a interview at the head office. Next day had an interview at the branch. The interviews were very calming if you're into the friendly talkative kind of environment then I would suggest going for it. Overall the hiring process was great and smooth.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FourLeaf Federal Credit Union (Bethpage, NY) in Sep 2015
Interview
Interviewed with the HR rep that I had been in contact with at main office in Bethpage. Following the interview was a teller simulation program that had technological problems however I do not think it had a heavy influence on whether or not you got hired. The 1:1 interview was followed by an interview with the hiring managers.
