I applied for a sales associate job at the Temps team. It was a group interview and it lasted about 2 hours. First, we had to complete paperwork and then we started the interview part. The first activity was to discuss with the person next to you and then present them to the rest of the group and say a fun fact about them. The second activity was to discuss in groups of 3 how we would react in certain situations and then present our answer to the group and the interviewer. Then we watched a clip from "Pretty Woman" when Julia Roberts goes for shopping, and had to comment positive and negative things about the customer service she was given. Also we were asked to say what we believe is good customer service. And finally, we were given a photo of a product (handbag, suit, watch, bracelet, scarf etc.) and we had about 3-5 minutes to prepare and then to present how we would sell it to a customer. Important to remember add-ons (e.g. combine watch with ring or bracelet) and upselling (e.g. suggest a more expensive watch).
