      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Four Hands (Austin, TX) in Apr 2017

      Interview

About 3 months after initially applying for the position, I received an e-mail from HR requesting a phone interview. They keep the position posted to generate a large pool of applicants. I responded immediately with my schedule and didn't hear back for about two weeks. After that, they didn't call me at the appointed time for the phone interview. After an apology for standing me up, we finally had a phone interview. It was a pretty quick chat in which she described the role in detail and confirmed that I was still interested. In the same phone call she scheduled my in-person interview. During the in-person, I was given an exhaustive tour of the facilities and introduced to a few people. I was formally interviewed by two people and it lasted about 35 minutes.
