They sent an email with all the information, it was easy, friendly and vía teams. They ask some personal questions, explain the options available they have for you, explain how the company works and what they expect from you and what you can expect from them.

An example of working with a challenging colleague
They request a speed test and then schedule you for a phone interview. The questions were very simple and they send you the offer letter after the interview. The recruiter also asked what weekend you’d like off and what 12hr schedule you’d like. For example I selected 9am-9pm and they give you a schedule in that time frame. The other day day off will be random/floating. All campaigns are different. This one is for Capital One
