I started at the company with no previous experience as this was my first job. Today I have 6 years working at the company. Even though of that, I was never discriminated nor felt bad because there is always a team of coaches, QA and helpers which cares about helping on developing the necessary skills to develop the job the best way possible. What I had liked the most have been the growth opportunities and the free courses to learn new skills that are opened to all employees, regardless of their position. They kept the WFH benefit which has been wonderful.
