Virtual process. I sent my application via FB. A link for the assessment was sent to me. After completing, they emailed the result. I passed, and they called me via phone for screening (Background check/Experience) They sent me a zoom link to join, for screening again, they ask the same questions. If you're good, they will send you to the final interview. On my case, I was not able to go to the final interview. They said they will send the link, then they called me on the phone to ask if I can go onsite the next day for final interview, since that's what the Hiring manager wants, (they know I'm staying at the province. and they are doing a virtual recruitments-smh) I said I can't since it will take 4-5 hours. So I think they decided not to proceed endorse me to the final interview. I heard the person who screened me says "hello sir can you hear me." Like she's in a rush. she though our zoom meeting has already ended. I wish they have just been straightforward about it. Then they said, they will endorse me to another account that can do virtual interview. Okay, so they transferred me to a sales account, another recruiter assisted me and gave me some details, thankfully. They ask my work experience again, then said I will hear back from them. After a day, another call, saying the minimum requirement was not met. So they will have to endorse me to another sales account. They sent the link but I didn't attend the interview cause I don't feel like it's for me. So I just had to tell them that I can't attend. The next day a difference person called me, and said they can see I have been endorse to a sales account, I said yes but I didn't attend, they said it's still ongoing, so I said, I think sales is not for me, then she offered me another account and asked if I'm available tonight for the final interview. But I was not interviewed cause they gave incorrect time for interview. She said I can join until 12mn so I joined before 11pm. Then a guy asked why I just joined and said it's too late for me to join. I said what happened and they said, i can just join the next day, they have schedules. By the way, they said they have mock call prep, mock call, and then final interview. But seems they are not aligned on the process. Until now they are spamming us (yes us, they ae sending in multiple emails) emails and even my sms. Encouraging us to continue our application and that we are qualified for final interview. I already emailed one recruiter to stop sending me emails. But it is still continuous.
