It was a virtual self recorded interview, so if you messed up you could delete the footage & start over. You could also have a practice session before you start recorded footage to submit.

Interview process is completely a breeze, It is within the application. Video interview with an assessment as well. The process took about an hour and half, I recommend completing the application, in a quiet area. A great start to gaining experience, working remotely.
