Interview
I was very easy. 2 rounds of screening and final he round. Overall they check your communication and presentation skills. Stability is being questioned intensively because they want you to stay atleast for a year and it's up to you to trick them into believing that you would stay with them forever :p
Good stepping stone to learn how a BPO works. You'll be lucky if you are part of a new campaign, since there will be room for professional growth. Listen and follow your leads and you are sure to pass probationary period.

first interview is scheduled through online platform and face to face interview. after that interview is through the online platform and thats with HR of the firm.then they process the offer letter and send it through the mail
