It was an person interview, was a casual conversation, took around 75 minutes. We met at their new property north of Augusta, the new property is very nice. Interviewer took many opportunities to talk about himself. I didn't feel like I was being interviewed about my skills and experience, I felt like the interviewer was seeing how I would react to strange questions. Felt more like a psych eval than a job interview.

It was a smooth interview with the principal of the school. She was a nice lady. I had a ton of questions for her and she was very helpful and didn't mind at all as I had no previous experience.
