Three rounds of interviews. First with the HR Recruiter that was mostly background questions. Second interview with the VP of Communications, where it was mostly questions of communication skills and experience, and the last one was with two members of the communications team. It was an alright process, but the recruiter never got back to me to tell me that I didn't get the offer. I found it deeply unprofessional to ghost a candidate that did three rounds of interviews over a period of a month. A simple email would have sufficed.
