Interview
There are at least 2 stages of the interview.
Also depends upon the level.
Mazars is easy and comforting in their overall process.
The first round is usually a technical round which allows to demonstrate technical knowledge of the area.
Second round is a partner round which is more or less a double check over the whole process.

Fairly the same as others - HR interview, exam, Manager and Partner interview. They ask about your experiences and mostly look at your personality and how well will you fit within the Company.

Interview
First interview was virtual and the interview had good structure to it. I was given a brief background to the role and the team. Asked to give a run through of my CV, competency based questions and technical questions. Second step was to take a PPA and GIA.
