Phone interview. Strength and competency based questions. Quite standard and the interviewer was helpful and nice. After the phone interview there is an assessment centre which lasts 5.5 hours and includes a case study and more interviews.

Very relaxed conversation with a talent recruitment agent. Started with a little small talk followed by an explanation of the process. Then followed with questions about what I did during my gap year, why I want to work with Mazars and the specific role. Then had a fair few competency based questions.

Processus assez long, malgré une réactivité à la fin.
