I was initially scheduled to do a phone interview. The day of the phone interview, I was notified 45 minutes beforehand that they decided to move forward with another applicant. Later that same day, I was notified that another position similar to the one I applied for apparently had just opened up. I then scheduled another phone interview. After speaking on the phone, I was told that I would be getting an email to setup a date for a virtual interview. On the day of the virtual interview, I showed up to the virtual room about 10 minutes before the start time of the interview (1:00 PM). I then waited without the interviewer showing up. It wasn't until 1:13 PM that I then received an email asking if I would still be available for the interview (which again was supposed to start at 1:00 PM). I emailed the recruiter back to say that I am still available and am currently waiting in the WebEx virtual room in which the recruiter told me that the interviewer would show up at 1:25 PM. I waited and the interviewer STILL hadn't shown up. At 1:43 PM (43 minutes after the interview was supposed to start) I then was told the interviewer could not make the interview and needed to reschedule. After I graciously rescheduled, I interviewed the next day. 11 days later, I was told that they moved forward with another candidate.

I had a 15 minute telephone interview and within the next couple days was scheduled for a face to face interview. The process was pretty straight forward. The interview was more so a conversation.
