Group interview, not stressful at all. They pretty much hired everyone from that. It was the least formal interview I'd had for a sales associate job, they just wanted to see that you were polite and willing to do the job
Phone interview then in person interview stages. Formal interview. In depth questions, go prepared and be prepared to be grilled. To be expected though for such a well known company.
