The interview process took a little over 2 weeks starting with an info session and and initial meeting. Those advancing then had a 15 minute personal interview with two visiting representatives. The field was then eliminated down to 5 people that were flown to Washington DC. Very challenging but fun interview process. The day long interview process took around 10 hours. I think 4 of us got to sit down with the top 2 in that location. 6 did not. Overall, it is tough to describe the interview, it went by very fast. I was able to interview with people that just started 2 months ago all the way up to people that were there for the launch of the company 7 years ago. I really appreciated that. I feel like most companies don't let you interview with people that just started- it was great to talk to them about their relocation/transition to the company.
