Extremely lengthy, over 10 interviews were required for an entry level position. Everyone is very kind but the process is somewhat repetitive. Mine was conducted via zoom due to COVID.

Asked for some basic information about yourself. Then asked about your experience in the tech industry and to describe your overall knowledge. Asked to submit a resume to an email and they would eventually call you back.

Interview
Fortitude found my resume online and called me with the intention of placing me with an employer that they knew would be a good fit for me. I had fantastic conversations with my recruiter and felt extremely relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire phone interview. Once I was done speaking with my recruiter I spoke with her supervisor who would be representing me to the company that they matched me with. He was extremely friendly and ensured me that they'd be happy to help me through the entire process.
