I applied through university. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems (Kansas City, MO) in Oct 2019
Interview
I had a phone screening after being contacted by a recruiter and then was told that there would be team members coming to my University in the near future to follow up. However, I didn't really learn much about what the company did. The interviewer was personable and provided a laid back experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems in Feb 2025
Interview
Day long interview. A group of interviewees are brought in to the office. There are many conversations with Fortitude Employees ranging from small talk to a more traditional interview. At the end of the day, I had 9-10 separate conversations with different members of the office.

Interview
The interview process was great. The people were very nice and really tried to get to you know your background. It's a whole day process as they fly you down to an office location.
Started with a recruiter, then a zoom call, then flown out to the office to meet in person. They didn't really ask any questions. Kind of just told you about fortitude the whole time. They also had me go to a happy hour after the whole interview process, so I was there from 8-10 PM.
