The interview process consisted of five rounds: an initial 30-minute call with a recruiter, followed by a 45-minute conversation with the hiring manager, and culminating in a grueling 135-minute panel interview with three team members. For an entry-level position, this level of scrutiny felt excessive and could potentially deter qualified candidates. Moreover, despite investing substantial time and effort into the process, I was disappointed to receive a rejection without any constructive feedback. This lack of communication not only leaves candidates in the dark about their performance but also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to transparency and respect for candidates' time. While I value thorough evaluation in hiring, I believe Fortis Games could benefit from streamlining their interview stages and providing timely, actionable feedback to candidates. A more efficient process would not only enhance the candidate experience but also ensure that It secures the best talent effectively.
