After an initial phone screen with a 3rd party recruiter I was instructed to take a culture index survey. The recruiter informed me that the hiring manager was only interested in candidates with one of three particular personality types as determined by the survey. Next, I had a phone interview with a hiring manager from California. It lasted less than 10 minutes and she spent most of it explaining how I would NOT be a good fit for the position because it wasn't a data analyst position - even though the title was Business Data Analyst. The experience was a complete waste of time.
